This promotion is intended to operate as a skill-based challenge or contest. Participants must choose one of the official riffs, submit one performance, and provide accurate contact details and a valid YouTube link through the contest page.

Entries must be submitted as public or unlisted YouTube videos or Shorts. Entries may be reviewed manually before appearing in the public gallery or leaderboard. By entering, participants confirm that their entry complies with these rules and with any applicable local laws or restrictions.

Winning entries are selected by Alex Misko in his sole judgment based on creativity, execution, musicality, tone, originality, and overall impact. Public votes may increase an entry's visibility on the page, but they do not determine the official winners.

Potential winners will be contacted using the email address or other contact details provided with the entry. If a potential winner does not respond within the deadline stated in the notification, cannot be reached, fails to provide requested information, or is found ineligible, the organizer may disqualify that entry and select an alternate winner.

Winners must provide valid contact and delivery information. Shipping timelines and fulfillment steps may vary depending on destination and local requirements. If a stated prize becomes unavailable, impractical to deliver, or restricted by law, logistics, or platform limitations, the organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item, benefit, or alternative of reasonably comparable value, or to make another fulfillment arrangement in the organizer's discretion.

Winners are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, bank or payment processing charges, customs duties, import fees, shipping surcharges, or other location-based payment or access costs arising from acceptance, receipt, or use of a prize, unless expressly stated otherwise by the organizer. Winners must also provide any information reasonably required to confirm eligibility and complete prize fulfillment.

If a selected winner is under the age of legal majority in their place of residence, parent or legal guardian consent may be required before a prize is awarded or delivered.

By entering, each participant confirms that they own the rights to their performance and grants the organizer and Alex Misko a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display, repost, publish, promote, and otherwise use the submitted performance, entry title, name or handle, likeness, and general location in connection with the contest, winner announcements, and related promotional materials, without additional compensation except where prohibited by law.

The organizer reserves the right to review, refuse, remove, or disqualify any entry or vote activity that appears fraudulent, automated, abusive, misleading, infringing, offensive, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit or rules of the contest, including the use of bots, fake accounts, coordinated manipulation, impersonation, or unauthorized third-party voting services.

This contest is independently organized and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with YouTube or any other third-party platform used to submit, host, display, or share entries. By participating, entrants release such platforms from any responsibility or liability related to the contest, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or cancel the contest, or to revise these rules, if technical failures, fraud, legal requirements, platform outages, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control impair the fairness, integrity, or proper administration of the contest.
